Face arm away from you then pump by depressing several times until fine spray appears. Then, insert spray arm into mouth aiming tip towards back of throat. Depress pump to apply close.

Step 3

After using the spray, wipe arm with a clean tissue. Return the spray arm to the original vertical position.
Dose
